(1) The land acquired under this Act for the purpose of which it was acquired, the land which is not needed for that purpose or has been used in excess according to Section 33" Government of Nepal, Province The government, local level or an organization wholly owned by the government of Nepal or the provincial government" shall return to the land owner the land that is not needed or in excess if it is not used for other purposes.

(2)" Government of Nepal, provincial government, local If the land acquired in accordance with this Act is not used in accordance with the document made in accordance with sub-section (2) of Section 4, the land shall be returned to the previous owner.

(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-sections (1) and (2), the land shall not be returned in accordance with this section unless the land to be returned from the compensation distributed in accordance with this Act has been returned by the former land owner.

(4) According to the section, the local authority will return the land after receiving compensation and additional amount from the former land owner.

(5) After returning the land to the former land owner, the local authority should send the land to the relevant office in writing to reject the registration and registration in his name and so on. After receiving the letter, the said office should also reject the name list and file and give the notification to the local authority and
